Updates

Permissions must be set to "Write" for Wordpress updates to complete. Please follow these steps to change the permissions:

1. Log in at www.cera.net

2. Click on the "Cloud" dropdown and choose the appropriate site 

3. Click on File Manager to access your files and click the site you want to edit

4. Click on the lock icon for the wwwroot folder, change the permission to Read and Write, tick the box that says Replace permissions on all child objects, and then click Set Permissions.

5. We recommend changing the permission back to Read only once you are done making updates for increased security

6. If you contniue to receive an error after ensuring that permissions are set properly, there might be a file locked.  If so, please follow steps 11 through 14

7. Go back to Manage Cloud and click on Web Sites

8. Click on your website

9. Next to App Pool Status click the refresh symbol

10. Re-attempt to run updates for Wordpress
