Rebooting Equipment (Colo and Dedicated equipment only)

To reboot your equipment through your portal account, follow these steps:

1. Sign In to our website
2. Click on Services --> Manage Services
3. Click the service that you want rebooted
4. Click Power, then Reboot

Please note, if there is not a blue Reboot button, then you must contact CeraNet through a support ticket and request a reboot.
