How do I set up email on Mac

1. Start Mac Mail, click on the Mail button from the menu and select Preferences.

2. Click on the Accounts tab from the top menu and click the + button at the bottom left part of the window.

3. In the Add Account screen, enter the name that your recipients will see when they receive emails from you in the Full Name field.  Enter your full email address in the Email Address field. Also, add the password for the e-mail account.

4. In the next window choose either POP3 or IMAP, enter CeraNet Mail Server as description, enter mail.yourdomain.com as Incoming Mail Server, along with your full email address and password, and click the Continue button.

5. In the next window you will enter your Outgoing Mail Server information. In the description field you can enter "CeraNet Mail Server". In the outgoing field type mail.yourdomain.com. Tick both checkboxes for Use only this server and Use Authentication. Enter your full email in the User Name field and add the password, then click continue.

6. Once you have entered all details and clicked the Continue button you will see a summary window on which you can review the settings that you have entered and go back if you need to edit something.

7. Click the Create button to finish setting up your email account.

*Please replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.
