Reallocating Server Resources

Moving IPs between Servers:

  1. Sign in at www.cera.net
  2. On the top toolbar, click on the "Cloud" dropdown and then click "Cloud Services"
  3. Click on the "Cloud Servers" icon in the main field of the screen
  4. Click on the name of the cloud server from which you want to remove the IP
  5. Click on the Network tab and then scroll down to the External Network section
  6. Check the box next to the IP you wish to remove and click "Delete"
  7. The deletion process can take a minute, so verify the the IP has been deleted by refreshing your screen and verifying the IP is no longer listed under "Virtual Machine Network details"
  8. Go back to the "Cloud Servers" section and click on the server to which you want to move the IP
  9. Click on the Network tab and scroll down to the External Network section
  10. Click "Add IP" and then choose "Select IP addresses from the list"
  11. Highlight the IP you want to add and then click "add"
  12. The new IP will show up under the "Virtual Machine Network details" heading once it has been added
