  We can provide more than 5 static IPv4 public IP's per server, however if you request more, you will need to complete a justification form.

  All new services have an email send limitation of 500 emails per 24 hour period. This is to prevent spam abuse. The limits can be increased or removed after 90 days of service.

  If you have a new domain name and there are no company records available through public sources (state agencies, etc.), or your order seems suspicious, or your order is flagged as fraud by our fraud detection system, we may ask for additional information including photo ID and credit card. In some situations, We may also ask for a security deposit.

  Setup fee on monthly service. 1/2 price setup on 6 month agreement & 5% discount. No setup & 10% discount for annual.
