1. Sign In to our website at www.cera.net
2. Click on the Cloud dropdown at the top of the screen
3. Click on the appropriate account/website
4. Under Databases, click MySQL 5.x
5. Create database and user by clicking the appropriate buttons on the right-hand side of the screen
