1. Log into your account at www.cera.net
2. Click the "Cloud" dropdown and select the server you want to reboot
3. Click the "Cloud Servers" icon
4. Click your server name
5. On the right side of the screen, there are options to Reboot/Shut Down/Turn Off/Pause and Reset
6. If the reboot function does not respond, you might need to use the shut down or turn off function and then start the server. This could be due to the OS being frozen and not responding to commands
