Sign In to our website and complete the following steps:
1. Click on Services at the top of the screen
2. Click on Manage Services in dropdown box
3. Select the appropriate account
4. Click on Manage Cloud Services at the bottom of the screen
5. Click on Space Statistics
6. Click on View Space Summary on right side of screen
7. Scroll down to see your space limits and FTP credentials
