Resetting Password

1. Sign in to your account at www.cera.net (there is a password reset feature if you no longer have access to your password)

2. Click on the Cloud dropdown at the top of the screen and click the appropriate domain name 

3. Go to POP/IMAP Email and click on Accounts

4. Click on the appropriate email account

5. Type new password into the Password and Confirm Password fields, tick the Change Password box, and click Save at the bottom of the screen
