• Processing requirements – how much processing power do you need?
  • Standard options are 1 to 4 processors available, per server.  ** More available, just let us know.
  • Cost = $25 per proc, per month
• Memory requirements – how much RAM memory do you need, in blocks of 1gb each?
  • Standard options are 1 to 16gb of memory, per server.  ** More available, just let us know.
  • Cost = $25 per gb of memory, per month
• Storage requirements – how much hard drive space do you need, in blocks of 50gb per block?
  • Standard availability is 50 to 750gb of space, per server. ** More available, just let us know.
  • Cost = $25 per 50gb block, per month
• Optional file level backup services – nightly backup with 10 day file retention. Files are backed up each night & you can have up to 10 different versions
  of the same file (past 10 days) if it changes.
  • Available in blocks of 50gb & must be the same size as the storage selection above
  • Cost = $25 per 50gb block + $14.95 software agent license, per month
• Optional SQL server transaction + file level backup services – nightly backup with 10 day file retention.  Files are backed up each night & you can have up to 10 different versions of the same file (past 10 days) if it changes. Transaction logs for SQL server are stored with restore points every 12 hours (twice a day).
  • Available in blocks of 50gb & must be the same size as the storage selection above
  • Cost = $25 per 50gb block + $24.95 software agent license, per month
• Optional private network connectivity – do you want a private network between two or more cloud servers?
  • No cost.
• CeraNet can also use dedicated/colo switches / firewall devices to combine cloud servers with SAN /outside servers for hybrid solutions.
  • Optional firewall + VPN service - Do you need separate firewall / VPN service?
  • Option a: $50 per month + $249 one time setup for dedicated Cisco ASA 5505 for secure VPN server management access + firewall

  • Option b: $25 per user, per month (min 5 users) for managed VPN access for users
  • Option c: $10 for a 0u peripheral like an ASA5505 for colo and you can setup / configure it as needed.
• Do you anticipate adding or changing resources in the near future?
